Bright and impenetrable. Scented fan of mulberry, cranberry juice and light menthol notes. On the palate the fruity return meets the tannin present but smooth and enveloping. Long and persistent finish.

Varietal composition: Primitivo 100%.
Vineyards location: Cellino San Marco (BR), San Pietro Vernotico (BR).
Vinification: After crushing and destemming, the must remains in maceration with the skins for 6-7 days at a thermo-controlled temperature of 25-26°C.
Aging: In stainless steel until bottling.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
