Ageing in the cellar for four years prior to sale • Origin Côteaux du Petit Morin (between Epernay and Sézanne) • Vineyard facing South/South-East, vines exclusively on slopes • The wine from five villages and 30 hamlets are assembled for this vintage Age of vines: 35 years • Type of soil: Belemnite limestone with clay Harvested manually • Vinification in vats made of stainless steel and enamelled steel Flying disgorgement, performed manually • Dosage 8g/l (brut)
